Is there an assessment charge?
For the majority of our services, we provide free assessments with no charges involved. In the event you opt not to proceed with the repair, a nominal callout fee of £30 may apply. We operate on a 'no fix, no fee' basis, ensuring fair and transparent service for our customers
How long does a repair take?
It can take up to a day, for smaller repairs or a little longer depending on if parts need to be ordered for your device. We have stock for most frequently serviced devices and have both local and national suppliers. We always attempt to order your parts through Special Delivery for a speedy turn around.
Can you collect my device from me?
Yes, we primarily operate on collection and delivery model, right to your door, so you don’t have to worry about leaving your house at all. We want to save you the hassle and time as much as possible.
How long warranty do you offer?
Our standard warranty on almost repairs is 3 months. We can extend the warranty for you to 6 months to a year depending on the type of service we carry out for you. We will let you know if we can offer an extended warranty on your devices during the quotation stage.
Which locations do you collect and drop from?
We offer convenient collection and drop-off services within our service area. At MCR, we cover a wide range of locations, ensuring that clients within these regions can easily access our services. Whilst most areas in the North East are within our primary service coverage, there might be a small collection and drop-off fee for certain far-off locations. However, rest assured that we will always inform you upfront about any associated fees. Areas where collections are free of charge include but are not limited to: Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Sunderland, Durham, Redcar, Darlington, Bishop Auckland and Beyond Our commitment to providing accessible and efficient services remains a top priority.
